There is a war against Christians in America?
I am asking this question, not because I have a opinion.Iam asking because believe it or not, is a topic on our local affiliate of ABC 13 Houston TX.News in 6 CT tonight. What is your opinion?
Yes, and we Christians, in their mostly brought upon ourselves. European Christians came to this land, killed most of the natives and enslaved Africans. Believing that Christians could wage war unfair (including current), established Jim Crow, etc. However, other types of Christian believers could break Jim Crow and protest against unjust wars. Unfortunately, When Americans think of "Christian" today, they think of Sister Helen Prejean and Luther Martin King, but Jerry Falwell and Pat Robertson and up even (ugh!) Ann Coulter. To paraphrase a song, "You give a bad name of Christ!" Now toxic influences ultraconservative Christianity, if not the final rules, the White House. The powers-that-be have hijacked Christianity, and "deceive the elect," the majority of the true Christian believers who were unfortunately hookwinked by these leaders. " Like Jesus, the Jewish Messiah, waged war against the toxic Judaism (the Pharisees), who now must catch a war against toxic American Christianity. Unfortunately, many Americans can not tell the difference between true Christianity and toxic and therefore a war against all Christianity. God help us.
