Anyone can point a beginner in the Internet market in the right direction?
I am a novice in the overall market for Internet and I feel extremely overwhelmed. I left my job after I had my son 5 months and my husband just got his hours cut back at work, so we need the extra money. I have read in some forums that affiliate marketing can be a great work at home job I can do part-time and make good money. So someone can help this rookie out?
I I am also a work at home mom, but I have to tell you that affiliate marketing is not just a job. A telemarketer is a job. Internet marketing is a business and you must work hard for your business, to make it successful. A lot of people have the misconception that they can, through a website, add some affiliate links to it and make some good income. Instead, you have to work hard to promote your site and get traffic and sales. That's why it's called marketing. You have to market it and sell it a little more. I do not want you to get the wrong idea about marketing Affiliate and get discouraged after a month or two did not see any revenue comes (which will most likely happen). When I started marketing affiliate home 3 years ago, I was putting in about 9-10 hours a day to get my site started, do my research, and market websites for my death. I just started seeing regular traffic and money come after about 3-4 months and even then it was only a couple hundred dollars and I was about 5 sites above. Now I have 2 children and is almost 6 figures a year and employs about 20-25 hours per week, when my children are asleep. I have about 60 sites niche and I'm in the process of making it 5. Sites that are older are earning more money, with some exceptions. You will have sites that do not matter what you can not only see the conversions or make you the money you want, no matter how much you put in them. On the other hand, you may have sites that are much better than you ever thought it would be and you just put in a minimum amount of time on them.
