I am happy to report that a bank certified check, original certificate winner, was referred to our Affiliate COURIER COMPANY Mailpost Courier Services "Do you think this could be a scam" because what they are asking me to pay them several thousand pounds in advance for the tax before the prize can be transferred to my account! What I would guarantee that the money would be transferred to my account after the money that I am required to pay before hand? Yes, it is a scam. If they want you to pay that would be a red flag for me. She was really for taxes then they could simply refuse it of their earnings and send you the rest. In addition, you enter the lottery. If they are giving you something for a contest that you do not enter then it is a farce.
