Pay Per Click or (PPC for short) is one of the most affordable advertising available. PPC is a flourishing business that by 2010 should reach U.S. $ 11 billion. He said, PPC is also one of the worst forms of waste and advertising when it comes to expenses versus revenue. In this article we will cover one of newbie biggest mistakes most affiliate marketers do, and that is going instead of Deep Wide when it comes to search keywords.
When you have a configuration PPC campaign properly, you can allow your PPC campaigns continually drive qualified traffic to their sites. One of the most important aspects of a PPC campaign further research is keyword.
I would like to share with you one of my own experiences with the search keywords that I helped bring things to the next level.
When I started as an internet marketer I knew a little about marketing, so you guessed it, My first campaign was in marketing, more specifically, affiliate marketing. When I did my research keywords for my campaign I went to my research tool, and keywords typed in affiliate marketing and gave me a huge list. It included all the combinations that included a keyword, the other or both of my two keywords entering (affiliate marketing). This is what is known as a list of depth. My list looked something like this:

Well, you get the picture. So I took my big list and loaded up and waited for traffic to start pouring in. Needless to say, nothing happened! Sounds familiar? Disappointed, I went back to analyze my data and realized that going with a list of deep I was cutting a huge percentage of my potential customers! There had been to me that someone who wanted to be an affiliate marketer was interested in more than just affiliate marketing. There was PPC, SEO, HTML, Clickbank, home business, and a multitude other topics. Then I went with a broad survey, which included the additional search terms. Now my list looked something like this:
Make Money
Home Business
PPC Affiliate
PPC advertising
Affiliate marketing
Earn Money at home
As you can see, extending my search criteria keyword that greatly increased my potential customer list. It was right after I made this change I got to see my first profit. Now have in mind there are some additional things to consider when choosing keywords and competition as there is and the relevance of your keywords for your campaign.
